The end of a fantastic year

It’s the end of the year, and what a year it’s been. We’ve spent our final days hiking in the town of El Chalten, Patagonia. 

We had two full days here, so took on two of the most popular hikes. First up was the hike to Laguna Torre. It was a bit of a grey day, but the views were still fantastic. 

The next day, we hiked up to Mount Fitz Roy, one of the most popular mountains in Patagonia. This hike was incredible, with stunning views throughout. 

El Chaltén is full of craft beer bars, so we settled down for a well deserved burger and beers. 

We’ve got one more day left in the year, which we will spend in another town, El Calefate. 

Sadly, this is the final blog post of the year, and what a year it’s been. Have a fantastic new year and we’ll be back with more updates in a few days time.
