Tongariro Alpine Crossing

I ticked off one of my must do’s in New Zealand today, the Tongariro Alpine Crossing. It’s meant to be one of the best day hikes in New Zealand and it didn’t disappoint!

They’ve actually cancelled all trips so far this week, but when I arrived in Taupo yesterday, I was told to book onto the Saturday trip asap as the weather was going to be stunning. They weren’t wrong!
